The tequila list at El Cazador Del Mar is daunting, to say the
least. But all you need to do is ask, and the staff is happy to
extol the virtues of various tequilas. Here are some of our
favorites to get you started.

{1} Don Julio 1942 Anejo ($20/shot): Smooth vanilla and a hint
of spice.

{2} Gran Centenario Anejo ($11/shot): So complex and
well-structured it’s reminiscent of a fine single-malt whisky.

{3} Oro Azul Reposado ($10/shot): Caramel aromas and a
surprising amount of fruit on the palate.

{4} El Cielo Silver: So new to the list it hasn’t been priced
yet; herbaceous and floral flavors.

{5} Herradura Suprema Tequila ($40/shot): The best of the best,
with aromas of citrus, vanilla, and traces of honey and spice.
