Authorities arrested 47-year old Pamela Dillman, who they say left her twin 2-year-old boys in her car for at least 45 minutes on 6/26 while she did some shopping with her 5-year-old daughter at a Calle Real shopping center in Goleta. Deputies found the two children to be “lethargic” and sweating; the boys were taken to Goleta Valley Cottage Hospital before being released to their father.
