Zaca Victims Qualify for Loans

The county’s Office of Emergency Services reminded businesses and small agricultural cooperatives that lost revenue because of the Zaca Fire that they may qualify for loans of as much as $1.5 million from the U.S. Small Business Administration to help them recover, with a maximum interest rate of four percent.
