Man Stabbed Through Open Car Window
Hospitalized on Saturday with "Non-Life-Threatening" Wounds
A 30-year-old man was sent to Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital on Saturday, with non-fatal stab wounds resulting from an attack by unidentified assailants. Santa Barbara police officers responded to a report of a stabbing at 1332 Harbor Way at 4:08 p.m. on June 28. Medics and fire personnel were attending to the man, who had been stabbed in his upper and lower torso. The man told investigators that two 20-year-old Hispanics approached the his open car window, shouted profanities, and began stabbing him. The victim was not able to provide further description of the attackers or any motive for their actions.
