The hotly contested Naples development came onto the County Planning Commission’s agenda again on 6/30. Although no decisions were made, project applicant Matt Osgood, his opposition, and members of the public where there to comment. Osgood is pushing a new variant of his development plan that he says adds 14 homes on the north side of Highway 101 and minimizes viewshed impacts.
