County Animal Services will host a Project PetSafe Outreach Clinic on 6/19 for dogs and their owners from 9 to 11 a.m. at the Goleta Community Center. The clinic offers free six-month licenses for animals that have never been licensed, license renewals with waived late fees, affordable vaccinations, $20 microchipping, and information about spay and neuter services. All dogs must be on a leash, and no appointments are needed.
