Get Loiterers Off State Street
What is it going to take for the city/ police to make State Street uncomfortable for panhandlers? State Street is the heart of Santa Barbara, and its image is being tarnished. It won’t be long before our tourists stop coming.
Make and enforce a loitering law. They don’t have to go home but they can’t stay here.
