The strangest thing in your record collection is: Sadly, and this is hard to admit, but Rebecca Black’s hit “Friday.” But I do not listen to it — at all.

If I could write a song with anyone it would be: John Lennon, of course.

Last song that made you cry: “Breathe Me” by Sia.

The band/artist that made you want to pursue music: Hayley Williams from Paramore. At the time I was completely obsessed with her; that was only a bit later than the Gwen Stefani phase.

If you could write a song with anyone, living or dead, who would it be? John Lennon, of course.

If you weren’t a musician, you’d be: There is no backup plan — woops! Just kidding. If I absolutely had to be something else, I would be a photographer, writer, or artist of any sort.

Your most prized possession: It would either have to be my piano that I take to my shows, which I am very very lucky to have, or the guitar I am getting in the next couple days for my birthday. When I officially have the guitar in my hands it will be my most prized possession.

Beatles or the Stones? Mmm… that’s a hard one. I’m more into The Beatles, but The Stones are also gods.
