Police have found the tan 2005 Chevy Tahoe used in the kidnap and robbery of a woman from Isla Vista on Monday. She was unharmed in the incident, in which two males drove her to her bank, made her withdraw cash, and then returned her to I.V. With the assistance of the Los Angeles Police Department, county Sheriff’s Office officials announced, the vehicle was recovered in Los Angeles on Wednesday and is being returned to Santa Barbara. Authorities are releasing no further information as the investigation is ongoing, but thanked the public for their assistance in the hunt for the vehicle.

No arrests have been made, and the search for the suspects — two Hispanic males, one in his mid-30s and the other in his 50s — continues. Anyone with information is encouraged to call the Sheriff’s Anonymous Tip-Line at (805) 681-4171.
