Former FLOTUS Laura Bush flew into the Santa Barbara Airport around 9:30 a.m. Wednesday to speak at Grocery Outlet’s 18th annual industry conference held at Bacara Resort & Spa. She and her entourage of four black SUVs were led down Moffett Place toward Hollister Avenue by various law enforcement agencies. According to police radio communication, Bush would stay for 45 minutes of the four-day event’s halfway mark before flying out of the same airport.
