Dudensing Law, one of California’s most accomplished trial firms in elder abuse litigation, is opening a Santa Barbara office, expanding its footprint into the greater Tri-County Area. The office joins the firm’s existing locations in Sacramento, San Francisco, and Los Angeles.
The Santa Barbara office, located at 25 East Anapamu Street #2, Santa Barbara, California 93101, will be led by attorney Stephanie Johnson an experienced elder abuse attorney who has spent more than a decade protecting the rights of vulnerable seniors and their families.
For over two decades, Dudensing Law has been at the forefront of advocating for victims of elder neglect and abuse. The firm has recovered more than $200 million in verdicts and settlements on behalf of victims of long-term care facility abuse, including a $110 million verdict just this year. The firm is widely recognized as one of the nation’s most successful and knowledgeable elder abuse practices.
After spending the first ten years of her career litigating elder abuse cases, Johnson recognized the critical need for strong advocacy in the greater Central California region. She joined Dudensing Law in 2025 to bring top-tier elder abuse litigation services to her community of Santa Barbara.
