The intersection of east Anapamu and Milpas streets was closed for several hours Monday evening after a large tree limb fell on the road. High winds cause a branch of an Italian stone pine to break free shortly before 7 p.m. Traffic was rerouted in both directions while Santa Barbara city crews worked to chip the wayward limb. No major damage was reported.
