The Santa Barbara Board of Supervisors voted to approve a $3.8 million contract with the San Luis Obispo-based Maino Construction to build a 12,581-square-foot, mixed-use facility for the Fire and Sheriff’s Departments operating in Lompoc. The new structure will replace Lompoc’s existing Fire Station 51 and the Burton Mesa Sheriff Sub-Station.
