Several car dealerships on lower Chapala Street will soon be driven out of their spaces, as two different real estate developers have recently purchased the properties. At 517 Chapala, H & R Investments plans to construct a three-story complex with six residential and two commercial condos, while at 523-531 Chapala, new owner Leon Olsen plans to build a three-story structure with seven residential and two commercial condos.
