Outgoing 5th District Supervisor Joe Centeno will have a new Santa Barbara County administration building in Santa Maria named after him, the Board of Supervisors said on 11/9. The building is proposed to be built on a 5.5-acre site. Centeno decided not to run for reelection, and will be replaced by Steve Lavagnino in January.
