Pimp of Underage Girl Returned to Santa Barbara

Leonard Charles Rivers, 44, who police say had been pimping a 16-year-old runaway girl, was flown back to Santa Barbara on 5/3 after being caught in Las Vegas last month. Rivers was captured by U.S. marshals after Santa Barbara police discovered an alleged prostitution ring he and a female partner are reported to have been running. Rivers has been charged with enticing a minor to commit lewd acts, pandering, and human trafficking. For longer story, see here.
