Bruce Duane Nelson, a former night-shift staffer at Solutions Residential Rehabilitation, was charged with sexually assaulting a former patient on several different occasions between April and June 2007. Nelson, 55, was arrested after an investigation into allegations by a female victim in her mid twenties who was treated at the facility. The Santa Barbara Police Department’s investigation is ongoing.
