Sentencing Delayed for Girl Accused of Accessory to Murder
The sentencing for Brittany Weiler, who last year pleaded no contest to accessory to murder after the fact, was continued on 2/8 because Judge Brian Hill was on vacation.
Her sentencing hearing—where Weiler could receive up to seven years in prison—is now scheduled for 4/12. She is currently out on bail.
She allegedly drove the getaway car for Adrian Robles, who is suspected of killing Robert Simpson at Hendry’s Beach last April. Robles will be back in court on 3/1.
