New Director for S.B.’s Red Cross
Julie McGovern, a 27-year veteran of the cable TV and digital broadband industry, was named the executive director of the Santa Barbara County Chapter of the American Red Cross. McGovern has lived with her family in Santa Barbara for more than 13 years, and has been vice president and general manager of Santa Barbara’s Cox Communications since 1997.
