New research published by the American Heart Association shows that heart attack and stroke risks can be reduced by half through the regular practice of Transcendental Meditation, a simple natural technique. According to Dr. Mehmet Oz, host of TV’s The Dr. Oz Show, TM has been found to significantly reduce blood pressure, as well as reducing cholesterol, atherosclerosis and obesity.

To reserve your free seat contact Barby Ehrenburg, 602 524-5974 or behrenburg@tm.org. Ms. Ehrenburg is a certified teacher for the Transcendental Meditation Program – Santa Barbara. Transcendental Meditation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
