This Sunday, May 19, Avocado Press presents Black, White & Read All Over, a spoken word event and fundraiser for the Carpinteria Valley Arts Center (85 Linden Ave.) Maureen Foley, Christian Beamish, and Linda Saccoccio will all read poems, followed by an open mike night.
