The Santa Barbara Culinary Arts announces a fund-raising wine tasting
The Santa Barbara Culinary Arts announces a fund-raising wine tasting, featuring selected wines, many only available at the tasting room or by allocation, from the Foley Food & Wine Society portfolio. Wines poured will include selections from Altvs, Chalk Hill, EOS, Kuleto, Foley Estates, Lincourt, Three Rivers and more.
Saturday, September 28th 3-6 pm, at the Bacara Resort & Spa.
Food pairings will be prepared by:
· The culinary students and Chef Stephane Rapp of the School of Culinary Arts and Hotel Management at SBCC
· SBCA member and owner of Dining With Di Diana Cuttrell
· Miró Restaurant‘s Chef de Cuisine Johan Denizot
· The Bistro’s Chef de Cuisine Chris Turano, who was recently featured on the Food Network’s program Chef Wanted
Net proceeds will benefit the non-profit Santa Barbara Culinary Arts which endows the Santa Barbara Culinary Arts Scholarship in Honor of Julia Child.
