Remember us? It’s your friendly neighborhood cheese-mongers! Sorry if we’ve been incommunicado lately, we’ve had our noses to the grind-stones getting our new & improved space together. It’s been an adventuresome process and as much fun as we’ve had, we’ve also learned that we much prefer cheese-mongering to construction… But as you can see from the pics at left, we are getting through it and are we are definitely in the home-stretch! Look for a grand opening of C’est Cheese: Part Deux sometime around the New Year.
C’EST CHEESE ON SALE!
So our building is being tented next week and we need to find a place to store all of our yummy inventory, no easy feat when you’re dealing with hundreds of pounds of cheeses & salami. After carefully considering our options we concluded that the best option would definitely be: your tummies! So with that in mind we wanted to invite all of our wonderful customers to come into the shop and help us move through our inventory nibble by tasty nibble. In return for your help, we will be offering a whopping 25% OFF SALE ON (almost*) THE ENTIRE STORE!!! This is C’est Cheese’s first sale ever and we definitely encourage you to take advantage of it!
The SALE starts at 10:00 AM on Friday morning and runs through 6:00 PM on Saturday (or whenever we run out).
C’est Cheese will be CLOSED Monday, October 28th – Wednesday, October 30th.
We will reopen on Thursday, October 31st @ 10:00 AM… just in time to supply you with Halloween nibbles!!

CHEESE CLASS UPDATE
Many of you have been asking when we’ll be starting up our cheese tastings again. Thank you all so much for your loyalty & enthusiasm, it means a lot! And while we are not ready to announce a new schedule, I do want to assure you all that we are planning on still having our annual Champagne & Cheese Tasting this December. We will be sending out a newsletter the first week of November with dates & ticket sign up info.
