A subject that has been bothering me for a while, and now more than ever because of the killings in a place of worship in South Carolina, is this: When are people in this country going to wise up and see that we need to restrict guns? Anyone nowadays can go out and buy a gun. In my mind, it is so very simple. Only allow stores to sell guns, and if a customer wants to buy one, they have to get a background check.

I myself have had many background checks, my first to work in a bank, second to work with preschool children, and last of all to volunteer. None of these are as dangerous as owning a gun. Also, People, read the 2nd Amendment. It does not say the right for anyone to carry guns; the right is for the army to carry guns, and it was written back when America was much more dangerous. Now it is dangerous here because too many people carry guns.

I was born in the U.K., and it is very hard to purchase a gun there, and even police do not carry them daily. We need to change the law.
