The Epstein files awakened many people to the realities of abuse across the country, but it happens in Santa Barbara County, too: exploitation, violence, and homelessness.

The Los Olivos Community Services District board voted to continue to design a sewer system with a pipeline to Solvang that would be sized for Los Olivos. No other properties along that pipeline outside the district would be allowed access to it.
