Santa Barbara police arrested suspected gang members in two separate incidents on 12/7. At around 7:30 p.m., officers responded to reports of a possible gang fight near the Lobero Theatre. Five teens were detained, one toting a claw hammer allegedly “for protection.” At 11:50 p.m., an officer stopped a pickup truck near 200 N. Soledad Street, arresting two passengers for possession of illegal weapons and one for an outstanding warrant.
