Like so many Americans a few years back, I was unaware that childless cat ladies (or CCLs as experts now refer to them) sometimes ran the government, and the insidious threat they posed.

If 1,700 housing units are going to be concentrated in communities such as Noleta, where is the corresponding plan for roads, intersections, schools, utilities, and other infrastructure that will serve the additional population?
