EXTRA: Montecito Association Frontrunner Withdraws

This afternoon (Monday) Bob Collector confirmed he has withdrawn his name from consideration as president of the Montecito Association for 2007. He cites perceived community confusion between his leadership of MA and his wife’s leadership in opposing Westmont College expansion, which will be heard on appeal at the Board of Supervisors on Tuesday. Montage has been told Bill Palladini will be nominated as the Association’s new president. Montage will have more detail on Wednesday, including an interview with Bob Collector, so be ready to let us know your thoughts!
