This is great news! Wonderful people and wonderful wine...Drdan and Pagurus said it well. All the best to the Sanfords AND Mr. Zorich, too.

Continuing and increased access to medical and dental care for many in our community is encouraging. Thank you to all who lent support!
(Board President Palmer mentions "his staff" but they are SBNC staff so "the staff" would be correct.)

Isn't it about time to say NO to Sheriff Brown? The County needs to live within its means.
It is not only the construction costs but the increase in "the annual operating costs for both jails — around $17 million — by $310,700 a year, an amount that the board said it’s unsure how to pay for. Brown said additional AB 109 funding might help make up the difference."
The Board is "unsure" and Brown says "might" for an additional $310,700 annually.

Carpinteria SHOULD have an upscale hotel and Jack will certainly do a fine job of making it luxe AND fit in.
He works with the community on his projects and listens!

I do not agree with green112 "Time to move on and celebrate all the winners."
What does this teach the young girl who does not follow the rules - age limit and residency? Acknowledging that she does not meet the requirements and politely withdrawing is the only correct thing to do.
And her parents will hopefully learn something from this experience as well.
