Santa Barbara To Have Major New Marijuana Ballot

A Santa Barbara group announced on 2/15 its goal of putting on the November election ballot an initiative to legalize cannabis for industrial and nutritional products, medicinal preparations, and for recreational and euphoric use. Led by two-time Grassroots party presidential candidate Jack Herer, the California Cannabis Hemp and Health Initiative Campaign conference serendipitously coincided with a 2/15 endorsement of cannabis as medicine by the American College of Physicians.
