A 16-year-old-allegedly a member of Westside “scavenger” gangs that lack the organization of full-fledged gangs-was stabbed on the night of 2/15, near the corner of De la Vina and Nogales streets. Police report that this marks the second time this teen has been stabbed, though he was not seriously hurt. Citizens with information are encouraged to call the police at 569-2677.
