Education 4-2

Students activists at UCSB assembled below Storke Tower on 3/31, Cesar Ch¡vez Day, to protest the university’s policy of celebrating the holiday during spring break. Pointing out that urban school districts around the state and most California State Universities honor the holiday on its official date, these students are working with Associated Students officers to make the University of California Regents change their policy.
