Public Health Clinic Closed

The main public health clinic, at 345 Camino del Remedio, is closed today, Santa Barbara County information officer William Boyer announced at 10 a.m., because it is in the Jesusita Fire evacuation area. Friday, May 8. Patients are advised to re-schedule appointments when the clinic reopens. Those who need care today may go to the Franklin Clinic, at 1136 East Montecito Street; or to the Carpinteria Clinic, at 931 Walnut Avenue, Carpinteria, Boyer said.
