Sunday Sipping

Wine lovers in Santa Barbara now have another great way to wind down their weekends. Sundays with the Vintner is Pierre LaFond Wine Bistro’s (516 State St.) fresh series of vino-centered meet-and-greets where area winemakers personally present the fruits of their labor to aficionados for tasting, accompanied by delicious cheese and bread from LaFond’s kitchen. The following is a roundup of some of the series’ upcoming highlights:

• February 7: Kenneth Volk (Kenneth Volk Vineyards)

• February 14: J. Wilkes (J. Wilkes Wine)
