Santa Ynez Valley Wine Country Association Holds Its Fifth Annual “Picnic at the Lake”
You won’t get to take a dip in the lake, but you will get to sip along Bridlewood Lake’s beauteous shores if you attend the Santa Ynez Valley Wine Country Association’s fifth annual “Picnic at the Lake” at the Bridlewood Estate Winery on Saturday, May 1, noon - 3 p.m. Fourteen wineries will be pouring — Alexander and Wayne, Arthur Earl, Bridlewood, Buttonwood, Carina Cellars, Casa Cassara, Daniel Gehrs, Lincourt, Lucas & Lewellen, Mandolina, Presidio, Rideau, Scott Cellars, and Sunstone — while food will be cooked up by J.R. Catering as live jazz plays. Each of the participating wineries will also honor free wine tasting at their tasting rooms on Sunday, May 2, when the logo glass from Saturday is presented.
