The City of Goleta is seeking volunteers for their second Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) training program, open to residents and those who work in the Goleta Valley. The CERT training program prepares community members to take a more active role in emergency preparedness in the event of a major disaster. Call 961-7510 for more info.
