“Too many people on Life Boat Earth will sink it,” was my favorite quote from Dr. Garret Hardin, my Biology Professor at University of California-Santa Barbara in 1948.

That is when there were only about two billion people in the world. Now there are over seven billion. By 2050 it’s estimated there will be about ten billion.

Over-population is the cause of all our human ills: starvation, pollution, climate change, wars, immigration, etc. It is the greatest problem we have, yet no leader or politician ever mentions it. They avoid the subject like the plague. Why, do you suppose?

Just imagine if a family was taxed for every child born. This would slow the population rate and create a life of quality over quantity.

We owe our kids a future, so it’s time to make over population the #1 issue in this coming election.

It’s time to take off the blindfolds and see the elephant in the life boat.
