MTD #1 Bus Driver Retires

Clarence Suhr, the driver with the longest seniority in the Santa Barbara Metropolitan Transit District, retired this month, after over 40 years on the job. Clarence was well respected and appreciated by his passengers, many of whom fondly remember him as driver from their childhood and who recently drove their grandchildren on the bus. Clarence will be remembered for cheerful disposition and exemplary driving safety record.
