Bread Bath

What edibles are you putting out to feed wildlife? Peanuts in the shell? Stale bread and tortillas? Panda Express fortune cookies? If this is you, please stop. Crows are bringing all of these to soak in our birdbaths, making a slimy mess that no other birds care to drink or bathe in. I don’t hold you responsible for the entire bird nest or the dismembered carcasses, but we would all appreciate it if you would cease and desist with the peanuts and leftover human food.
