Smash ‘n’ Grab Suspects Sought

Sheriff's Office asks the public's help in identifying the suspects in a burglary at Isla Vista's Keg N Bottle on Saturday at around 1:40 a.m.

A couple of young men who smashed the window of Isla Vista’s Keg N Bottle early Saturday morning are seen in a video grabbing a couple of bottles before running away. The store found the broken window the morning of August 20, and called the Isla Vista Foot Patrol. Officers verified via the video that the break-in occurred at 1:40 a.m. The Santa Barbara Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s help in identifying the two.
