Miramar Guards

I was born in Santa Barbara. Raised my four children here. They all went to Montecito Union. They spent summers as junior guards.

Miramar beach is the perfect place for the extension of this program all summer long. The sound of children doing athletic and life-saving activities of running, swimming to the platform, games, and learning first aid techniques is more important than ever with the rising sea levels and increased weather changes. High tide line is and always has been the wall.
