On 7/16 Superior Court Judge Frank Ochoa decided to reduce bail for Heather Hulsey, a City College student who allegedly struck and killed Dr. Ronald Shlensky while she was driving under the influence of alcohol. Hulsey’s bail dropped from $250,000 to $50,000 under the condition that she would move to Casa Serena, an all-female treatment center for recovering drug addicts and alcoholics.
