Starby is a 2-year-old female black and brown German Shepherd dog, weighing approximately 74 pounds, and is available for adoption at the Lompoc Animal Center. Starby has won the hearts of our volunteers as their favorite dog to walk. She enjoys exploring the outdoors and is a quiet, calm, and gentle natured companion. Starby forms strong bonds and will thrive in a home where she is cherished.  Adoption fees include her spay, microchipping, vaccinations, flea treatment, and a health and wellness exam.
