A short pursuit by Santa Barbara police on 2/4 ended in the arrest of one underage driver for driving under the influence, driving without a license, and resisting arrest. One 24-year-old passenger was arrested for public intoxication and a third remains at large. After being observed running a red light, officers say they pursued the vehicle, with the occupants jumping out to run away a short time later.
