The Los Olivos Community Services District board voted to continue to design a sewer system with a pipeline to Solvang that would be sized for Los Olivos. No other properties along that pipeline outside the district would be allowed access to it.

Sitting on the waterfront is one of the city’s most valuable public assets: the Harbor, which for decades has generated zero dollars from the single largest revenue opportunity it possesses — slip turnover.
