Associate Arts Editor Elizabeth Schwyzer is a Santa Barbara native who spent a decade living in Berkeley, Edinburgh, and London before she determined Santa Barbara was the happiest place on earth. She holds degrees in art history and dance from U.C. Berkeley, and worked in the U.K. as a freelance journalist and professional dancer before returning home in 2006.
