Conditions: The fire is burning in extremely steep and rugged terrain with continuous heavy fuel loading.
An evacuation notice was issued last night for East Camino Cielo Road from Gibraltar east to the Ventura County line. The Paradise Road and Santa Ynez River Recreation remain under an evacuation warning, open to residents only.CHP has closed Hwy 33, except to residents.
