Sanger Calls for New Frimpong Trial

Bob Sanger, attorney for convicted rapist Eric Frimpong, filed a motion for a new trial, based on the statements of a juror who claimed the jury couldn’t fully review evidence and deliberate, and also due to misconduct by prosecutor Mary Barron, who Sanger says committed an error related to Frimpong’s Fifth Amendment rights. Frimpong returns to court at month’s end.
