Cachuma Wildlife Cruise Offers Glimpse into Santa Ynez Ecosystem
Eager to explore the nature that surrounds you? Every week, S.B. County Park Naturalists will be hosting two-hour-long environmentally friendly and educational tours that’ll raise awareness on all that is life on the Cachuma Wildlife Cruise, focusing on local and migratory patterns of wildlife, flora, geology, and cultural history.
Tours are every Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m.-noon and Friday and Saturday from 3-5 p.m. Cachuma Lake is located off Highway 154 in Santa Ynez. The cost is $7-$15, plus $8 vehicle park admission, and you must preregister. Ages 4+. Call 686-5055 for the meet-up location.
