Anonymous Complaint

We were very disturbed to read the inaccurate and anonymous letter printed in The Independent last week about an individual’s problem with the soundproofing in one of our apartment projects. We don’t believe that such an anonymous letter meets The Independent’s editorial standards.

We make every effort to deal with the occasional noise complaint we receive. We send out an annual questionnaire to all of our apartment community residents to survey their opinions, and we consistently get high marks for our customer service and quality of our apartment communities from our residents.—Michael Towbes
